My servicing encountered a problem when a new replacement part was defective. The Service Advisor, Eric Bouchard, kindly arranged a loaner vehicle for the extra day. Overall Mr Bouchard was superb. Everything was well explained in a very courteous professional manner. All aspects of my recent servicing were excellent. Bruce Bailey

Best car buying experience ever!

A hassle free experience! I walked in unannounced and inquired about a 2019 Q5. Within 5 minutes I was doing a test drive, and upon return, in less than 30 minutes I had a very fair trade in offer. Pick up was the same model of efficiency and thoroughness. I was made to feel truly appreciated as a customer and was delivered a vehicle in pristine condition. I walked away extremely happy with the purchasing experience and would go back to them in a heartbeat based on this experience.

No Pressure Customer Service Willing to go Above and Beyond

I've dealt with Audi Ottawa for the last 3+ years and I have received nothing less than exceptional service. As the lease from my current Audi is soon to come to an end, I've started to do my homework in regards to the options available to me at this time as well as down the road. I've been dealing with Mathew Walsh and I have to admit that the every encounter was pleasant, respectful, and hassle-free. At no point during my transaction did I ever feel pressured to commit to something I couldn’t afford. He followed up on a timely bases, answered all my questions, and I felt that the interaction was transparent. He understood my situation and went above and beyond to try and get me into an Audi all within my budget! I would recommend this dealership and Mathew to anyone looking to jump behind the wheel of an Audi.

J'ai loué un 2021 Q8 pour 4 ans. Emilie nous a donné un service impeccable. Elle nous a montré plusieurs possibilités allant de la Q7 à la SQ7 et SQ8. Elle a pris son temps et nous a très bien expliqué toutes les différences.

Michael Silverstone made the transactions easy and fun. He conducted himself in a friendly and professional manner. The orientation process was deftly handled by Alexendre and very much appreciated. Everyone at the dealership exhibited genuine care. Buying a car is generally a stressful undertaking for the average consumer - I'm no exception. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to a friend or return when its time to buy my electric Audi :-)
