The experience was very positive.

Our process of trying to fine the right vehicle for our needs was very positive. Our sales person listened carefully to us and in turn found us a vehicle that met our needs and wishes within our budget.. he made the stress melt away.. We couldn't be more pleased with the whole experience. Very happy clients.

My wife leased her first Audi Q3 this October from Mark Motors on Montreal Rd, Ottawa and we were served by Mustafa Alsadi. We were so impressed by this salesman's service that I leased a A5 three weeks later. The service received to date is the best I have ever experienced from a car dealer and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle. They welcome us to their family and we must admit we truly feel part of this family!

After having a very poor experience in trying to purchase from another brand, purchasing our new A4 at Audi Ottawa was the complete opposite. Mustafa was very courteous, professional and overall a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend seeing him for your future purchases.
