If I could give no stars, I would! My husband and I were looking for a new luxury car so we went to a lot of dealerships in town. This one is by far the worst. We went in the showroom and showed much interest in purchasing a new car. We were there for about 15 minutes and no one ever approached us. There are a few salespersons are at their desks with no customers but no one ever lifted their heads. The receptionists were chatting with some other people about their personal life (I overheard from our side). Then another couple came in and looked at the models in the showroom like we were doing. A salesperson just came back from his break and he walked passed by without acknowledging us and went straight to that couple and started explained the details of the model. My husband and I felt very disrespectful. We dressed nice and showed much interest in looking at new models so we didn't understand at all why we were not even acknowledged by anyone in the store. Maybe just because we are not Caucasian?! So I went to the receptionist desk to ask for assistance. The receptionist was very rude and obnoxious and won't even stepped away from her chat group. Finally we got served by David Li who is very patience and attentive. When we sat down with David, he asked the receptionist to provide a copy of printed brochure she was abruptly said no in a condescending tone and walked away from us. Although David's service is good, my feeling were hurt at the time and didn't want to deal with this dealership or any Audi dealership anymore. Just to note - my husband and I went to Mercedes Benz Olgivie right after we left Audi. We purchased a new Mercedes Benz at the same day JUST BECAUSE their service is phenomenon from the owner to the whole team. No more AUDI unless you learn how to respect your customers and hire the right people.

Highly recommended if you're shopping for your next audi. Our sales, David Li, was extremely knowledgeable and have insights into each model. Most importantly, he listens to customer's wants and don't wants and presents the best choices. Not pushy, nor snobbish like you would find in other audi or even porsche dealership. No wonder there's always a long wait for him even if you want a test drive. But it's worth the wait.

Badly done diagnostic, total disregard for clients money. They diagnosed the car with a nearly dead battery instead of aiding the battery and clearing the codes and re-reading them. a 10 minute job. The mechanic stood there and treated me with no credit for intelligence and tried to cover a poorly done diagnostic. instead of accepting their error. I felt very uncomfortable and thought it was bad culture being promoted at Audi. I thought it was unfair of them to charge me an hour plus tax $140 for a poorly done diagnostic and for the mechanic to insult my intelligence and tell me his diagnostic approach was correct. A correct diagnostic would have been to Aid or charge the battery , clear all the codes, and read again. a 10 minute job. They charged me for an hour plus tax and I had to say thank you and leave as I could not stay in their realm of persistent and cover-up argument. Our problem with this car is a result of Audi's bad design which there was a recall for and we did not get notified. Now they want to charge up to and above $5000.00 for problems they have not even properly diagnosed. If your car is not under warranty, take it to a qualified Audi mechanic with good reviews and avoid the back breaking cost of Audi dealers.
