The service department has always been very good to us. We have two vehicles that we bring in there regularly as needed, and the team always does a great job and gets us out in a very timely manner. Amazing work!

Recent visit was to get a second opinion on services required. Major engine work to replace head gaskets, transmission had issues, steering pulling to the right and engine light was on! After diagnosis by Dealer head gaskets we’re holding pressure, transmission needed a harness and solenoid, steering was corrected with alignment and engine light was codes for glow plugs defective solenoid and wiring harness in Transmission. My previous diagnosis from a competitor started at $13,500. That didn’t include transmission and engine codes. I was very happy with the overall cost around $4000. Everything working perfectly now!

My vehicle was in for its regular Cadillac service/maintenance program. The service writer was respectful and thorough and efficient. When I picked up my vehicle he thoroughly explained the service that had been conducted. I am very satisfied by the service that Murray GM provides.
