I had to get my new ignition key and new remote mated to the Equinox. The girl at the service desk told me it would be at least an hour, which I thought was totally acceptable. The fellow who runs the shuttle asked if I needed a ride home. I said no, that I can wait an hour no problem. I went into the coffee area to pour myself a cup of coffee. I was only half done my coffee when the service girl came in and said I was all ready to go. So within 40 minutes I was driving home on Thatcher Drive. Very fast excellent service. Thanks.

The under coating over lapped my edge trim on the rear wheel wells and I didn't like how my seat and mirrors were adjusted to suit the driver to park my truck for a distance of less than a 1/4 of a kilometer. Was not necessary.

My car got fixed in 15 business days but they told me it would only take 5. When that 5th day came, they didn't call me or anything to tell me that it wouldn't get done on time. So the 6th day came, they told me it will be done the 7th day since there was more damage in it than they thought. 7th day, they said it can't get fixed because they ordered the wrong bumper. I waited another week to get my car fixed.
