Stopped in because grease spot was left in truck Brenda got it into detail bay and cleaned up also had bad wiper blade which also got changed in same visit and a mis hap with financing all fixed in a short amount of time

Have (will not again) dealt here for years and thought this was a credible dealership but their version of what a GM certified inspection on used vehicles is a lie and a joke. The person that does these checks obviously has no interest in actually seeing if what they are ticking off on the sheet is true. We have bought three used Cadillacs from Murrays and not one of them had the cabin filter checked even though they said it had been done. This was only one item out of a long list - apparently the ashtray in our last SRX was fine because it passed inspection even though this car doesn't have one. You can see that someone just goes down the list and ticks off everything as fine because the writing is all in a line and does not vary at all. Beware of buying a used vehicle from here because you can guarantee that it really hasn't been checked over truthfully. This isn't sour grapes, just the truth from a customer that used to be in the list of the top ten Murray customers that will now never step on their lot again - hell of a deal to lose a long time customer over a $20 cabin filter. We expected at least an acknowledgement from the dealer principle regarding this but they must have enough return business from other customers to sweep us under the mat - shame on Murray GM - we thought you appreciated our business, but you are not the only dealership around.

The great reviews in reference to purchases do not surprise me. Of course they will be more than accommodating when taking your money. (They LOVE taking people's money.) What they do after the sale decides their integrity and overall value as a dealership in my opinion. It is what also has earned them this 1 star rating. (I would give them 0 stars if I could.) Murray's service department is slow, expensive and worst of all, dishonest. They will overcharge you for required work, and then tell you work needs to be done that doesn't. When you confront them, they will make excuses and back peddle but still make you pay. They charged me $125 to scan my car and tried to say I needed a new battery, along with new key fobs when all they needed to do was fix my hood sensor (which I told them upon booking - no scan required). They also charged a family friend $186 to change two light bulbs that cost $10 and take 10 minutes to change. (Note: $44 parts, $13 "supplies", and 2 HOUR labour charge on the bill.) These are just a couple of examples; I could go on. Needless to say, I will never buy another GM as long as I live in this city, and I certainly will never take my car to them for any amount of work, EVER again.

Big thx to Nathan at Murrays. Was hauling thru Moose Jaw from Ontario to Alberta when I screwed up on my fuel reserve and ran out on the Trans Canada. A call to Murrays had Nathan quickly look up the priming process on the new Duramax and getting me on my way again. Thx a bunch!

What a great place! We purchased a pre owned 2011 Equinox in February and started having problems in June. Kevin brought our vehicle back in and took care of all the repairs under warranty. I have a new baby and they were quick to accomodate us with a baby friendly vehicle so we were still able to get around while the repairs were being done. Will be happy to refer Murray GM to all of our friends and family! Thanks again!
