Awesome helpful service! We were driving our way across the country to the east coast when our passports auto assist cruise control went on the fritz and we couldn't figure out how to engage the regular cruise control. They took the time to walk us through turning off the ACC over the phone so we could still use cruise control saving our trip. Thanks for the help!

Today we finalized the purchase of our ‘new’ used CRV. Our journey to find it has taken many weeks. Initially Savannah greeted us on a somewhat stormy day, listened attentively to the details of our desired vehicle. She would note our request and told us a possible vehicle maybe available in a month. Periodically she communicated with us over the weeks. Upon its arrival at Sun Valley, Savannah contacted us to see the vehicle, we considered it (without any pressure from her). We told her we would be away from MH for a preplanned time. She ‘held’ the CRV for us until our return & then we were able to seriously consider it by examining & test driving it. Savannah is very patient , friendly and pleasant … any and all questions were answered with ease . She is a professional and knowledgeable member of the Sun Valley Honda team! Savannah provided us with detailed info about our vehicle’s features and most importantly demonstrated each and again answered all questions whether trivial or crucial… she approached each as important concerns!! Thank you Savannah!! Great experience for us! In addition, Keith was very thorough explaining the financing information in detail . He was approachable and friendly. Thank you Keith!

If you are searching for a used vehicle that is mechanically sound and clean, it is worth the drive to Medicine Hat to talk to Curtis. He's polite, not pushing and even completed a video walk through for me. I knew what I was purchasing before I left my house. All records are provided including mechanic inspection. Highly recommend, we are very happy with our purchase :)

I bought my 2007 Honda Element and have had all my maintenance done here. The staff are professional, friendly and sensitive about suggestions. Not pushy in the slightest. My next vehicle will come from this dealership.
