My recent experience with Sun Valley Honda was one of amazingness; I was poised with a completely and catastrophically damaged power-train - out of warranty might I add. Now not being a mechanic unbeknownst to me my car was failing quickly - well Sun Valley really came to help...they were prompt, professional and really worked hard to overcome such a large obstacle. Since buying my Civic EX-L from Sun Valley, I have had "VIP" service. I would recommend Sun Valley for all service related issues, or just to keep your maintenance minder up to date! Keep doing great and a special thanks for Devin in Operations; you really made this happen for me! I'll be back to purchase another shortly, but in the meantime, thank you for getting my Civic back on the road..my kids and I appreciate this to the max!

I have serviced, and continue to service, numerous vehicles at Sun Valley Honda. None of which are a Honda's. The service has been excellent and I cannot find a better price anywhere. The staff is friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. I rely on one of my vehicles for my living and I appreciate that they are very careful to let me know if anything needs fixing before it leaves me unable to work. I am very happy taking my vehicles to an establishment that treats me so well.

Very annoying dealership. After a service, you are asked to complete an on line survey but they ask you to score them 10 out of 10 because anything less is a fail. Well I guess you are a fail because I would not even score myself a 10 out of 10. This is simply ridiculous. Also, they always seem to find other things wrong with the vehicle. When taken to an independent mechanic, he can't find it. Have heard this from others after taking their vehicle there for the cheap oil change. A scam in my eyes. Never going back and if I buy a Honda, I will go to another city.

My experience with Sun Valley Honda was very poor. I purchased a two year old used vehicle from their lot. It was an import make and before buying they assured us they could handle Most service to vehicle. Their service department can almost handle an oil change but have not once been able to check the oil on their own. Day one - radio not working, dash service light on. Car needs to be taken 3 hours away for service. They take car, dash light reset and radio still does not work. I will need to take it 3 hours away for another appt. on my own. In the meantime, car needs an oil change 1000 kms after purchase... Bring it to Sun Valley, they tell me I need brakes and rotors. Just bought it.. Tell them car is going through oil.... They are sure it's within spec but I can take it three hours away for diagnostics... which take months. When I bought the car got the extended warranty and Sun Valley's lifetime engine warranty.. Start diagnostics. Not happy. Sun Valley offers me to trade the vehicle back to them and purchase another from their lot or partner Jackson Dodge... for ten thousand less than what i paid them 5 months prior. When I bring my car in for oil top ups because it is Eating oil, they tell me its fine. Doesn't need oil. Drive away.. add oil light comes on. Take it back . Why sell a car mechanically your service department cannot even check oil on? That is my assurance that your hundred point inspection is reliable? Oil consumption diagnostics completed with parent dealership. Going to be under thousands to fix... No, sorry warranty doesnt cover it. Not lifetime engine warranty either..thats just there to make you feel secure while you throw money away. The worst experience ever. And Mickey was sure to confirm with me last time we spoke, that yes, I am hooped. Thanks import specialist...
