Amazing experience- kudos to Erika in service

udos to Erika Hygard in service!!!? Very friendly and helpful attitude. I have been to over 30 service places with my cars across Canada but this was the place where I felt very very special. I don’t remember any names or faces from any dealerships but I will never forget Erika and I can count on her for my car everytime. She made my visit worthy. And not only her exceptional service but the way she went above and beyond to serve me made me feel special. Keep up the great work Erika!!

I dropped my car off with instructions on what services were required the prior day. The work was not started until 3:00. On my way to Lakewood at 5:00 I received a voicemail, no call. When I arrived, they stated that they called me several times and that the car was not ready because they broke a part when completing the work at the last minute. Overall not impressed. Worst experience I have had at a GM dealer.

Every time I bring my truck to get service I always get 100 percent service from everyone that I deal with at Lakewood chev, it doesn’t matter even if you are sitting in the waiting room.

Not happy at all!! Brought my suv in for under carriage spray and was promised a detail job cfd which I know what’s supposed to be done and nothing was touch and then getting it home I noticed both sides of my suv is scratched which was not there before. When I talked with someone at Chevy they didn’t care to resolve any of this. You charged me to get under carriage done took my money and then treated me like garbage and my suv. Very unhappy customer Jody

Dwayne Lucas was extremely helpful and repairs were completed earlier than first quoted. There was a possible delay due to parts availability but parts were delivered earlier and Dwayne insured repairs were completed so the vehicle did not have to stay at the dealership over the weekend.
