We bought a new 2017 Journey last May and have about 19000 km on it now . In December the vehicle wouldn't start and was towed to the dealership (Robinson Jeep in Fergus) . They replaced the battery and it was fixed according to the Service . I inquired as to why the battery was the problem but that was answered with a shrug . I told them we were driving to Florida with the car and they said get it towed if there was a problem . 6 wks later here I am in Florida with a no start and the dealership in Canada won't help us and the dealership here in the usa

Tammy was very friendly, professional, and helpful and no pressure at all from her during the process. My wife and I were looking at replacing my Dodge Charger with something that I could drive into Toronto everyday. We were not sure exactly what we wanted, so we looked and test drove a few Jeeps. Tammy made the process of getting our new Jeep great. I have and will recommend any of my family and friends to see Tammy for their new car. This is how a "small town" car dealership is supposed to be.

Our salesperson, Aaron Bilisky, was very pleasant to deal with. I'm extremely thorough with my questions and Aaron was always very willing to answer what ever questions I had with utmost detail. I was very impressed with his detail and transparency. I would highly recommend dealing with Aaron. As well, we are very satisfied with the 2016 Jeep Cherokee North edition that we purchased.
