Sherry and the staff of Williamson was great ! They made making such a large purchase easy and stress free . They answered all my questions and matched me up with the perfect vehicle . I wouldn’t purchase a vehicle anywhere else !!!

A recent comment about the Outstanding Customer Service at Williamson Chrysler in Aurora. Within two months after my recent used vehicle purchase at Williamson Chrysler. I had an engine light come on. I immediately took it to a dealership closer to where I live and had a diagnostic done. They assured me it was a simple maintenance issue and were happy to quote me $500 for a repair that was not covered by my extended warranty. I immediately reached out to Sherry Eskes my sales person at Williamson Chrysler and explained the situation. She listened attentively and said She would call me back. She called me back within a few minutes and told me they would take my vehicle and deal with the issue. As a result not only did they correct the problem they truthfully told me that the issue had nothing to do with what I had been told from the other dealer and immediately repaired my vehicle. I had it back to me the next day. I wanted to let Sherry and Williamson Chrysler know how much I appreciated their honesty and professionalism in dealing with their product and standing behind their Customer Service. I Highly recommend Williamson Chrysler to anyone who’s in the market for a new or used vehicle. Thanks again Becky B

My whole experience with Williamson’s Chrysler was 5 star.....Jeff...(my sale guy) was so friendly and helpful with what I needed......he was knowledgeable on everything...... and Taylor was great in finance as well. Haven’t dealt with the service department yet but assuming everything is the same there..... they have earned a returning customer!
