I had an automobile issue on misfiring, I called Mike Valencia and immediately he was available to help. My vehicle was 5 years old and ready for an exchange anyways. I doubted that I would be able to afford on my own to purchase a brand new vehicle, but Mike and Denny made it possible. So now I have my own new van!!!Thank you Mike, Denny and Golden Mile Chrysler for making it possible!!! Great Christmas gift and brand New Year to start!

If you’re looking for a new or preowned vehicle and want to be treated with respect while doing it, go to Golden Mile Chrysler and see Peter Douitsis, Client Advisor. No pressure. Peter restored my faith in car buying and dealing with Salespeople. Peter kind of reminds me of the guys I went to high school with back in the 80s. Good times man. Best 8 years of my life. Michael Tishilombo will put the final touches on your deal to make it special. Michael will dig a little deeper letting you know he wants your business. Michael is always smiling and has a ready handshake to greet you. You’ll truly feel like he is interested in making sure you are a happy customer. No smoke and mirrors with this guy. If you need service, talk to Josh Pitcher. Josh will make sure your vehicle is taken care of and will keep you informed. I know because Josh and I, and my previous 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited were in a short-term relationship. Nothing that would rival Days of Our Lives, but something had to go. Denny Mota the Business Manager. I used to hate sitting in the Business Manager’s office when wrapping up a vehicle purchase. It was kinda like sitting in the Principal’s office in Grade School. Denny makes the experience enjoyable and smooth. Carl, the Used Car Manager, he just joined Golden Mile when I met him. Carl has no problem joining in when needed. Carl helped sort out my friend Dan’s purchase of a used Jeep Patriot. Carl is Asian. He’s probably good at math. Harry in Pre-Delivery, he was wearing a Santa Clause hat when I met him (December). He was getting my wife’s new 2020 Wrangler Sport ready for delivery. Don’t let his appearance fool you (sorry Harry). This guy is dedicated when it comes to making your vehicle pristine for pick up. Harry will make sure your vehicle is impeccably clean, shiny and ready to drive off the lot when promised. I wonder what kind of hat he wears in the summer? Maybe a nice purple velvet fedora with a peacock feather sticking out. I don't know... Golden Miles Chrysler, a great dealership with great staff.

If you go to any other Chrysler dealer to repair your car you will be mistaken. I have used other dealers and mechanics before and they never get it right, fix it only once at Golden Mile Chrysler. I can't thank Josh and his team enough for their courtesy , honesty and professional service. Simply the best in Toronto. I have come to them off and on for 5 years and I never have to worry about the repairs they do. When I go cheaper I usually have to come to them to repair the fix. I am going to be loyal to them from now on because they never do more than they have to and I am a female. They are always thorough, quick and they always make sure to be honest about the repair. Don't go anywhere else. Trust me!

Mark Robinson and his service team made my service visit a really enjoyable one, I am not sure why they received these negative reviews as my experience was the complete opposite. They were high touch with servicing my vehicle, he answered all my questions patiently and never once treated me like I was a nuisance. I witnessed the way the staff treated other customers and they always tried their best to do what they could to make the customer feel important. I witnessed high touch service from everyone!!!! Little did I know that the same car they serviced would be a write off a couple of weeks after due to an accident where I got side swiped. Mark put in touch with Gab the sales rep who worked hard to find me a replacement, worked to get me the financing that I would need. This is the place that I would go to hands down, it’s hard to put your trust in people but the service team and the sales team have a customer for life from me!!!!! I appreciate everything from everyone!!!!

Mark Robinson and his team really go above and beyond to provide professional and courteous service. I was impressed with all the staff. They addressed all my concerns and offered only services needed for this visit. They have a loyal customer in me. Thank you all for everything!!!!
