I was shopping for a PHEV and narrowed my choices to 3 models. Being helped by Suleiman made the choice easier. Friendly, personable and always added that personal touch to every encounter. Never had a Mitsubishi before. Will definitely add this to my shopping list next time I need a car.

I recently purchased a new Mitsubishi vehicle and I was given excellent service by the sales staff. I very much enjoy Mitsubishi vehicles but the sales staff were so helpful and friendly that it made the whole purchasing experience so much more enjoyable. Top quality sales staff. I recommend them without reservation.

Service dept review here. Simple repair required but everything done professionally from booking to drop off, complimentary uber ride, communicated what time to expect car back, clear receipt. Chantal I believe was her name was exceptional.

These guys provide top notch customer service.. From the moment we called to inquire about a vehicle until we drove one off the lot, we were in great hands.. Liam was our sales guy and walked us through the entire process of buying a new vehicle.. It was an honest and no pressure interaction.. Abraham helped us out with acquiring financing for the vehicle and took the time to carefully go over everything with us so there were no surprises when we decided to sign.. Both Liam and Abraham know their stuff and are definitely guys you want to deal with, but the entire team there is great overall.. I highly recommend these guys if your in the market for a new vehicle and I will definitely be returning to Mitsubishi in Orleans for future vehicle needs. Thanks guys!!

24th March 2024, I received service from Mitsubishi Service Orleans for my regular oil and filter change and shifting my winter tires to summer ones. 4 days earlier I received their phone call about the oil change due date! On the call, the gentleman suggested that I change my brakes as well. My car is made in 2022 and I bought it Dec 2022 just for leisure. Since, I didn’t get any alarm from the vehicle and I didn’t feel any issue regarding my brakes or anything, I didn’t accept, and he suggested I change the brakes in my next appointment! They told me that it will take 1 hour and 30 min approx. to do the oil change and change the tires. 30 minutes later, they called me insisting that my car doesn’t have brakes and they need to change the rear brakes! I even asked what will happen if I don’t? They answered that my vehicle will not have any brakes and it’s super dangerous! So, of course I trusted and allowed them to change the brakes! After 2 hours and 30 min they called me to pick up my car. My Bill which I am attaching here is surprising! 588$ for rear brake parts! 310 labor fees just for changing brakes! I am not going to the oil and filter section! I looked at Amazon, the brake set for my vehicle model is 111$ and the premium set (Most expensive one) is 251$ including all the pads and clips. But you can see from my invoice they charged me for pads, discs, clips separately and the sum up is 588.96$! NONSENSE! I searched on Mitsubishi website for the parts, on their website the parts are more expensive than Amazon which is a shame itself but still 200$ cheaper than what they charged me! The Labor rate based on my invoice is 164.95$ hourly! They charge me 310$ for brake change labor fee!!! It means 2 brakes took them 2 hours to be changed! NONSENSE! Based on the time I shared, and the phone calls time, considering their estimated time service they told me at first, this amount is not accurate too! I did NOT realize ANY difference brake wise on my vehicle before or after my visit, which is making me wonder if they even changed it or not! I will check with another mechanic soon and I will share the result here and probably file it to the Ontario consumer affairs office. I called Mitsubishi head Company; their response was “dealerships are independent businesses. So, Mitsubishi CANNOT interfere in their rates and charges”! It means that they are not even supervising the dealerships! So, what is the point of getting the service from Mitsubishi dealership service centers in general!! I will not ever trust Mitsubishi service centers, especially ORLEANS, Dilawri! I suggest you do your research and don’t ever accept if they are insisting that your car has an issue when you don’t think so!
