I recently had my type 2 service done on my 2018 Chevy Cruze at Island Owl Mazda, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, their service was top-notch. Not only did they expertly handle the maintenance needs of my car, but they also went above and beyond by washing my car afterwards, leaving it looking pristine. Additionally, their shuttle service was incredibly convenient, ensuring that I could go about my day without any disruptions while my car was being serviced. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient throughout the entire process. Island Owl Mazda has definitely earned my trust and loyalty, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of exceptional car service. Five stars all the way!

Josh and Ocho made my car buying experience so effortless, easy and fun. When my old Mazda starting running into issues I really wasn’t looking forward to having to replace my vehicle as cars aren’t my forte and I was afraid if I went to a dealership I might get taken advantage of. At Island owl Mazda it couldn’t have been further from the truth. Josh called me around 3pm on a Saturday afternoon and 30 mins later I was at the dealership & 4 hours later I was driving off the lot with a new to me Mazda! They helped me sort out my financing and worked with me to meet me where I was at and even helped take care of my old Mazda so I didn’t have to do anything asides from pass them off the key. I seriously can’t recommend these guys enough. Not once did I feel taken advantage of and they helped lift a huge weight off my shoulders. I even had fun and left feeling excited. So happy to be apart of the owl fam, the first day with my new whip has been a hoot!🦉 (pun slightly intended)

I have been on the lookout for a dodge challenger for the last year was not in a rush to buy as I was wanting to make sure I was 100 percent what model year. but saw a 2022 challenger rt being sold by owl mazda 2 days before xmas and the deal was incredible. 8k less than the nearest comparison. I called them expecting a difficult transaction living in the okanagan and the dealership was in Campbell river. I called and talked to Josh. he answered all my questions and sent me all the information I could possibly require. great guy to deal with. negotiated a deal and passed to the general Manger we finalized the deal. Ben was always available to work out final details. unbelievable to deal with even over the holidays. overall best dealership transaction I have ever encountered. I would give 6 stars if I could.

Everyone at this dealership goes out of their way to make your experience fantastic, and they don't forget you after you purchase. We bought a truck in summer of 2022 and had a few issues that were not related to the dealership (stupid deer!!!!!) but they still helped us out as much as they could and made a stressful time a little more bearable. I'll always recommend Island Owl Mazda to everyone.
