Did not expect it to happen

This is the second car that I’ve purchased from Owl in Campbell River. The first purchase was one of necessity and involved rebuilding my credit. Even though they totally had me, as my car was dead, Ben gave me an excellent price. My current car was not out of necessity, but of desire. Owl took a bit of a hit when they increased my trade in value in order to make my payments manageable and to get the bank to say yes. I was treated fairly and with honesty. Not the typical used car lot where the customer is seen as a mark. I looked all over the internet and the price I paid was excellent. If you’re going used and especially if your need to repair your credit Owl will do right by you. Thanks to Aaron for being patient with me and to Ben for making the numbers work.

The team at owl let me take a truck on a test drive overnight. The next morning I came in and decided I wasn't ready to buy the truck and they thanked me for taking the truck for a test drive. No crazy sales pressure at all. I came back in a few weeks later when I was feeling better about my finances and they got me into a awesome truck. Super professional, no pressure, friendly team at Owl.
