2017 Beetle Dune Purchase & Jetta TDi Buy-Back

Very fast resolution with VW with regards to the buy-back of my Jetta TDi and the entire settlement process with VW. Murray, Shelbee and Shelley were great to deal with and went over and above to provide me with top-notch service. Communication was good and consisted of returned phone calls, emails, texts (into the late evening at times) and of course in person meetings. The dealership did not have the exact colour in their lot, so Murray quickly sourced one of the few left in ON and had it on his lot within a very short period of time. Overall, good experience, down to earth people and i would return in future.
