I can't say enough GREAT things about my experience!

I want to say thank you, especially to Mike and the team at Carstar for the excellent service. Following almost $4000.00 of damage when someone aggressively keyed my beloved Mom's (who recently passed away) SUV....I was both nervous and upset with the significant damage that was done. There were significant issues with my insurance company, but Mike kept me in the loop and between the two of us, the insurance company came through and Carstar really stepped up to the plate on the treatment of my vehicle. My vehicle looks newer and better then it did on the day my Mom bought it as a gently used vehicle. I am so impressed and the assistance that Enterprise gave with my rental call was also wonderful. I can't say enough great things about my treatment and my vehicles work!! They even buffed up the one door that wasn't keyed to make it as shiny and amazing as the ones they had to repaint! That was AWESOME! Thank you Mike and all those at Carstar, Wonderland Road, London!! My Mom would have been impressed with the beautiful work you did! I will highly recommend you to anyone!!
