Kyle was very informative and knowledgeable but knew how to break it up so it wasn’t so much information at once. Gave me and my husband time to talk between just the two of us with no pressure but also keeping us in the loop of what was going on while waiting. Allowed us to take the SUV to go and pickup my car I traded in to be estimated. Definitely a worry free very professional experience, I’d 100% recommend Kyle
