Car kept going into limp mode.

Since first encountering this problem early into 2017, I have brought the car in several times . It first started after I came in for an oil change and then got upsold to a new battery. That's when the limping started and kept giving me problems until it was apparently resolved August 25. During the whole time I can say that I was well treated and I'm happy with my interactions with the counter staff (especially Riley Lyss who was especially helpful) and the tech guy. My only issue was having to return so many times to the dealership, and then being charged for a diagnostic (my warranty was up), when it should automatically been grandfathered back to when I first complained. Following a review of my service history, the charge for the diagnostic is now in the mill to be refunded.
