I trusted Amit completely with the decision on which car I should buy and followed his advise to the point of buying the car without seeing it. The Terrain met my requirements for a larger vehicle with lots of cargo space. The extra safety features on the Denali will certainly enhance my driving experiences as well as AWD. A power lift-gate was a requirement. I wasn't disappointed -- when I saw the car for the first time -- it was "love at first sight". I can't honestly remember the last time I felt this way about a car. The 2017 Terrain Denali I bought is black with lots of chrome and it really looks great. Susan at Robinson's took me through all the features of the car and this was really helpful. I was introduced to the President of Robinson who took time to speak with me for a few minutes and I was quite impressed by this. Amit Kohli, the Vice President was on hand when I drove the car out of the service bay. Great Customer Service.
