Adam is an excellent salesperson. He was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to deciding which vehicle would be best for me. He never put pressure on me for a sale which I appreciated. Chris was great at explaining finance and warranty. After connecting with Eli online and then going to Bank Street Hyundai, I felt immediately welcomed. When I picked up our 2024 Tucson Trend today, Adam went over the vehicle with me made sure everything was in order and then took me through the Service Department. My partner and I recently purchased a vehicle from Bank Street Hyundai, and we were both so impressed and happy with the overall experience! We were served by both Ali and Ashur, who were very professional and friendly. They made sure we were comfortable and ready to leave with our first new vehicle. They asked many questions to make sure we knew what we wanted, let us test drive the vehicle, provided all information necessary and answered all questions professionally. We left with a confident and happy smile on our faces. We're happy to be a part of the family!
