Very friendly and helpful staff, and I never felt pressured during my purchase. Ziad on the sales team was fantastic to work with in particular. Would highly recommend this dealership (and the new generation of Kia) to prospective car buyers.

I had a great experience at Bank Street Kia. The sales people were great. They listened to and dealt with all my concerns and I was very appreciative of them all. So much so, that I bought a vehicle from then and recently took possession of it. I recommend the sales staff at Bank Street Kia.

When me and my husband visited Kia at Bank street, we cannot decide which car to choose as it seems that the displayed models are all with good features. Justin was very kind and helpful to assist us and give us different options until we finally decided to buy the Kia 2022 Sportage LX Model that is within our budget. It's been 3 weeks and we are very glad to say that this car meet our expectations. Thank you Justin for your help!

While the numbers didn’t work for me to make a deal there, Justin was very knowledgeable and helpful. Always fun to deal with people who love what they do, while some could make you feel like you’re disturbing them. Be more like Justin guys ! 😉

Made my recent purchase at Bank St Kia and I was very pleased with Justin, the sales rep I had, and Sunny, the finance manager. Great service! Justin went above and beyond with explaining all the features of my new car and was very respectful of me & my son. I would absolutely recommend this team/dealership to anyone & everyone. My experience working with Ziad was outstanding to say the least. He was kind and courteous. Showed me all the possible options in price range and didn't try to over sell me. He answered all my questions in a timely manner. It made my car buying experience a lot less challenging then some previous experiences. I highly recommend him to anyone I know in the market for a new car. Sunny in the finance department was also a high asset to the team. He was expedient with all the paperwork and was super knowledgeable. Well done team!!!

Absolutely disgusted. Spent almost $ 3000 on my KIA Rio, as recommended by this place. Shipped it to N.S. and it immediately failed inspection. My mechanic showed me the underneath and it was all rusted out. My vehicle went straight to the junk yard. It was not safe to drive. It was so obvious, Mechanics at Bank Street KIA just kept adding more parts and charging more and more to rope me in try and keep it alive for 1 more year and keep me coming back. I would NOT recommend to anyone, EVER trust this place again. RIPPED off badly. Derrick
