We've bought a number of cars over the years and have usually found the experience to be a stressful one. Justin made our most recent purchase at Bank Street Kia a painless one. His welcoming manner, attention to our concerns, knowledge of our car's features, and the simple sense that he valued us a customers made our experience a pleasure. We had done our research ahead of time and came to Kia with our dream car in mind. Justin ensured that our criteria was met and went out of his way to meet our price. We love our new Kia Soul and thank Justin again for putting us together.

Best experience ever. Almost the entire transaction was done over text and email. Both Justin and Ralph were extremely professional and courteous. Ralph took the time to explain the extended warranty in details. Justin made the entire purchase a breeze and helped me set up my iphone when I picked up my new car. I very much enjoyed doing business with them. This is my third Kia vehicle and all were purchased at Bank Street Kia. Thank you guys!

We were very happy with the service and the deal we received when purchasing our new 2022 Carnival. Our salesman Mike was very courteous and professional when dealing with us. He was thorough in showing us the car from bumper to bumper and very patiently answered all our questions. Even when we went back to ask additional questions and see the car again, his courteousness and professionalism was still evident. We actually went back when Mike was not there and the salesman (sorry didn't get his name, young fella with darker complexion) who looked after us was just as friendly and professional. He too showed us the car in detail, answering all our questions patiently. Finally, when we went to pick up the car, again Mike was absent but yet another salesman (Yuris??) was equally courteous and professional in giving us the final tour of the car before we drove away. It was the most pleasant experience we've ever had in purchasing a new automobile and dealing with a dealership.

We to see a suv soul and my mom couldn't fit so the guy showed us another car with almost no miles on it awesome cars good price and there we where in the place for a few hours man they take long but at lease everything went well and she is happy would I go back sure just don't have something to do fast after u get there lol
