Just picked up my 2021 Seltos today. Justin took the time to go over every feature on my vehicle and made sure everything was perfect. The service here was amazing. They came in thousands below what my local Kia was charging making it well worth the drive. Bought my vehicle sight unseen and it was perfect,spotless,plated and ready to drive away with. Easiest car purchase I have ever made!

Went to Bank Street KIA to trade my 2018 Optima SXL to the 2021 K5 GT-Line AWD. Very impressed with the service from this dealership, especially with Ralph and Ziad returning my calls and keeping me up-to-date. I am very happy with my K5!!!

I had a great experience at this dealership purchasing my first car, salesman Ziad was very professional and courteous. He listened to exactly what I wanted and did a great job accommodating me. The deals are also very fair and the service was friendly and easy to deal with.

So thankful even two years later!! I bought my car from Bank Street Kia almost two years ago now and have run into some problems recently so I went back to the dealership only to have my repairs handled in a timely manner and to walk out with no bill!!!! A huge thank you to Ralph for taking the time to weigh out the pros and cons of purchasing a warranty that was there for me when I needed it. 5 star service! Thank you!

I have bought a number of vehicles from different dealers over the years, but I must say that shopping at Bank St Kia was the most pleasant experience buying a vehicle that I have ever had.
