Clean, efficient, quick service. Friendly staff all around. I always leave with a smile everytime i come to KiA on bank street! Everyone treats you with respect and does everything to find what you’re looking for. Thank you for the many years of great service and i look forward to many more! I came in to trade in my 2017 kia forte ex for a newer 2022 seltos EX. Loving my new ride! The whole process was fairly fast and efficient! From the service guys (leo was wonderful), moe the sales guy showed us a good time checking out the vehicles and explained everything properly. And Ralph the finance manager did everything to get us our dream family car. Thank you all so much!

I recently bought a 2019 Hyundai Elantra from Bank Street KIA. I got a reasonable trade-in for my old car and I am very happy with the Elantra. A very smooth process from the test drive to finalizing the deal. The whole purchase experience was made very satisfyiging for us by their sales Rep AhmadJijan, who was super friendly, knowledgable, and enthusiastic. And he was very thorough in explaining and going over the different features of the car. We have dealt with many other sales rep before, and Ahmad's professionalism really impressed us. Highly recommended.

Professional customer service with a touch of understanding. Recommended! I had a run away cat and knew I would be late to my appointment. I called the service center letting them know the situation. They checked to make sure I could be half hour late and they would be able to get done the service 1 maintenance I had booked my appointment for. After arriving I realized I was really close in mileage for my next service. They were extremely accommodating and were able to upgrade my service to 3 for the maintenance. They offer Uber drop-off > pick-up as well.

I had researched Kia vehicles, and wanted to test drive a Forte. I contacted Bank Street Kia, and they were prompt in getting back to me, and accommodated my schedule. Following the test drive, I took some time to think over the experience, and after a couple of weeks, decided to also test drive the Rio. Again, Bank Street Kia was very accommodating of my last minute request. After the test drive, I settled on the Forte. I was very happy with the price, the customer service, and my new vehicle. I would recommend Bank Street Kia to anyone looking for a new vehicle in the Ottawa area.

Just picked up my 2021 Seltos today. Justin took the time to go over every feature on my vehicle and made sure everything was perfect. The service here was amazing. They came in thousands below what my local Kia was charging making it well worth the drive. Bought my vehicle sight unseen and it was perfect,spotless,plated and ready to drive away with. Easiest car purchase I have ever made!

Went to Bank Street KIA to trade my 2018 Optima SXL to the 2021 K5 GT-Line AWD. Very impressed with the service from this dealership, especially with Ralph and Ziad returning my calls and keeping me up-to-date. I am very happy with my K5!!!
