I would have given 0 stars from my interactions with this dealership however Justin was an amazing salesman to work with and the gentleman that was there to give me the keys was excellent, and unfortunately that where my satisfaction with Bank Street Kia ends. The finance manager that I checked out with was extremely rude and dismissive, he took all the fun out of buying a vehicle and ruined the whole experience for me. As if that interaction alone wasn't enough to make me not want to use this dealership again in the future, I had someone from billing/accounting call me at 4:30 DEMANDING I pay for extra fees that randomly came out from Service Ontario by 5:00. I was not given any invoice or any reason for the extra charges and when I expressed I would be calling Service Ontario in the morning to confirm/get an explanation for the extra fees and I would call them first thing in the morning to pay I received the response of "Well I'm not paying for YOUR license so you have to pay me by 5:00", talk about unprofessional. He was borderline aggressive with me on the phone. All I wanted to know was where the extra charges were coming from before just handing over more money AFTER receiving the vehicle. I would never use this dealership again.

After having a horrible experience at Kia Hunt Club, I decided to try Kia Bank to find a Kia Sorento. I filled in an inquiry form on their website regarding a certain used Sorento. Justin called me and we set up a time to come in and see the car. Justin had the car waiting for me out front upon arrival. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge and helpfulness. He was very kind and wanted to find me the right car. He followed up promptly. Definitely go and see Justin if you want a genuine sales guy!
