I have been with KIA for my vehicles and the service has been extremely wonderful. Everyone has been so kind and helpful, everything was explained so well to us . I know that my questions were frustrating but the patients that Tommy had was remarkable and helped me to understand. I am so very happy to shop there , that I will always get my vehicles there . I thank everyone there for their kind service.

Wonderful experience. I am a buyer from Quebec and they made it very easy by pre-plating the vehicle with the SAAQ. Got an aggressive price right at the beginning and they gave me a fare trade in prices. I won’t hesitate to recommend this dealership to my friends and family. Younes Omari and Sunny Chadha were both fantastic help.

Disappointed with the service from this dealership and Kia Canada. Upon arriving at the dealership to complete the service recall (software update) for my Kia, I was informed of a previous recall (Steering wheel pinion plug) that needed to be completed. Once the work was completed I was informed that I would need to cover the cost to the wheel alignment for the service recall that kia required. The dealership did provide me with a discount on the alignment but I still needed to pay over $100 for this recall cost. I don't believe this is a cost that customers should be paying as this is strictly due to a Kia service recall. When discussing this issue with the dealership, the service manager (who in my opinion, did not seem to concerned) told me to contact Kia Canada. When contacting Kia Canada, they informed me that they do not cover these costs, which leaves us, the consumers, to cover the costs for their recall. I have purchased 2 kia's at this dealership and this is the first time I have complained about a costs and or customer service. Kia's have been a reliable automobiles for our family for the past 10 years. Not sure if I will be purchasing my 3rd kia at this dealership.
