Great company and extremely helpful. Phil was amazing to work with and a total wizard. My credit was definitely not great after covid, but he managed to help get me into a nice, new vehicle that supports my lifestyle and hobbies. I was in search of a truck for months. After getting shot down by damn near everyone I asked I started to get discouraged. Dustin Pahl called me, and right from the start he sounded like he wanted to help me. So I figured all my credit an other stuff out and he’s the one I called back!! And he’s the one who got me the best deal out there and found me a truck that suits me. I’m super satisfied with it! I can’t thank pioneer, and Dustin enough for what they’ve done for me an my family. I was referred to Phil after a negative experience at another dealership, and I’m so glad I was. He was kind, understanding, and straightforward throughout the entire process. I gave him exactly what I was looking for, and he delivered without any runaround. Even when I was a bit of a challenging customer, Phil remained calm, professional, and polite.
