Great Service - Dustin!

When Dustin reached out, I was in no way looking to make a change but he was very patient with all my questions and met all my requests. He was not pushy and let me take the time I needed to process all the information and make my own decision. His customer service was a significant part of what made me upgrade my vehicle. This is the second vehicle I’ve gotten through this location and they’ve been great both times. Thanks very much Dustin!

If you’re looking to buy a car, Stuart Allen is your guy. He is by far the easiest and most knowledgeable person to work with. Stuart stayed in touch with me the entire time which only made the buying experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend you talk to Stuart if you are considering buying a new or previously owned automobile. Highly recommend Stuart Allen and Pioneer Auto Group! Car is amazing!

I had an amazing experience with purchasing my first vehicle through a dealership. my salesman Nate was extremely helpful and super kind. Nate helped me get into an amazing and reliable vehicle that I absolutely love. I highly recommend getting a vehicle through the Maple Ridge location, and especially going through Nate!

I was very skeptical about dealing with a dealership further away from home. From first contact with Stuart to the final document signed with the driver Brian it was probably the best experience buying a car I ever had. I am so in love with my car. It arrived on time. Everything went super smoothly. Absolutely zero issues. Stuart was not pushy by any means. He made what I thought was going to impossible actually possible! I have and will be recommending pioneer motors in maple ridge to many many people!

10/10 experience! Dustin at pioneer auto group was absolutely amazing. not only did he help me get the bronco of my dreams but he also had it delivered to me from the lower main land to the okanagan. not like a regular sales team here, very customer service based and actually care. there were a few hiccups from out side factors but dustin handled everything with ease. super happy with my purchase, highly recommend for your next vehicle!

My husband bought a vehicle from here and dealt with Melissa. We have never felt so lied to and mislead. The vehicle was an absolute lemon and they were not forthcoming at all about the previous work and services done. We’ve had nothing but problems with the vehicle and it’s put a lot of financial stress on our family. Melissa also knew nothing about the vehicle she was selling. She is a very dishonest person.
