Ryan was awesome to do business with. He is knowledgeable and friendly. He certainly knows his stuff. He is loyal as well as we bought a car from him years ago and was happy to see he was still a part of the company.

This is my fifth car leased through this dealership, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! I drive in from out of town specifically because the level of service here is unmatched. The team always goes above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. Everyone is knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cares about taking great care of their customers. I received excellent service for my acura with Brantford Honda. The acura dealer I went to with an urgent problem told me it'll be a 3 week wait, so I was thankful that Brantford Honda was able to accommodate me quickly. Everything was fixed up promptly and Neil in particular was excellent in his communication with me and very helpful with troubleshooting. Will definitely bring my car here again

Quite simply excellent! Always met with genuine smiles from the service staff . We had difficulty with one key since leasing our 2024 Civic and mentioned it to the service staff who arranged to wipe and reload both our keys . Keeping our fingers crossed that this will resolve the problem.

I recently had a great experience with Brantford Honda. As soon as I walked to the front desk I was greeted with a smile by the receptionist Bonita. My salesperson Hunter was professional, patient, and knowledge about the vehicle I was looking at. I was impressed with Hunter's customer service from start to finish.
