Quite simply excellent! Always met with genuine smiles from the service staff . We had difficulty with one key since leasing our 2024 Civic and mentioned it to the service staff who arranged to wipe and reload both our keys . Keeping our fingers crossed that this will resolve the problem.

I recently had a great experience with Brantford Honda. As soon as I walked to the front desk I was greeted with a smile by the receptionist Bonita. My salesperson Hunter was professional, patient, and knowledge about the vehicle I was looking at. I was impressed with Hunter's customer service from start to finish. I had an exceptional experience at Brantford Honda! Will from the sales team was amazing—friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Had a great experience in purchasing my 1st car at Brantford Honda. Hunter, the sales person, was very patient and helpful throughout the process. This dealership was a delight and especially their sales agent , Jeff Slawich. I actually went there to see about a used car. It ended up I did not purchase a car here, only because there was another model I was looking at elsewhere. But Jeff was so helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle that I felt guilty not having bought from him. Pleasant, straightforward..he provided all the financing figures straight up. Everything was completely clear. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone.
