Kirk in sales was lovely to deal with. Unfortunately I didn't purchase the vehicle I was looking at. Kirk did not put any pressure on me to buy and was very accommodating to my needs for my future vehicle. Thank you Kirk once again!

5 Stars just for Krista Mitchell at SMP!! She is hands down one of the best auto salespeople I’ve ever dealt with. From the moment we connected, she was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. Even though we didn’t end up purchasing a vehicle from SMP this time, Krista made the entire experience feel welcoming and pressure-free. She truly made me feel like we could explore every option and test drive anything we needed to feel confident, something I definitely didn’t experience with every salesperson. Another rep made me feel like I was not worth the effort, likely for being particular, but Krista treated us with respect, professionalism, and genuine care. I’m already recommending her to friends and family, and I absolutely will continue to do so. If you want someone who listens, doesn’t pressure you, and actually wants to help you find what’s right for you, go see Krista!

Great service. We seen an ad on facebook for a car and was able to make an appt for next day for viewing. Managed to work out a really good deal. Thank you to Brenden Ka for making the entire process super easy! Definitely would recommend SMP to others!
