Good morning folks, I wanted to take a minute and thank you and your team for your work on my 2016 Malibu. John, you may not be aware but my car had a accelerator pedal sensor that failed and also a head gasket issue that your team fixed for me under warranty. I have received exceptional customer service from Scott Robertson at Ontario Motor sales that I needed to write to you and let you know. Folks, I am so grateful that General Motors has stood behind their vehicles and covered the cost of these repairs but the attitude of everyone involved has been professional and I have been overwhelmed their sense making this right and they are glad to help! Folks, I have told everyone of my family and friends of my wonderful experience with both car dealerships…and I will continue to…please note my next vehicle will also be a General Motors product! My purchase of a new 2020 Cadillac CT4 Sport could not have gone any better. Shawn Irwin was a total class sale rep in every regard. Buying a Cadillac is a special experience, and I really did get the Cadillac treatment at OMS. 5 stars! cd/

My wife and I live in Belleville and were in the market for a new car. We had visited several dealerships and when we called Ontario Motor Sales we were fortunate to make contact with Don Amero. Don listened to the type of vehicle we were interested in and what our needs were. He responded to our inquiry by sending us an email with a detailed video of the car we were interested in. He asked about our trade-in vehicle and diligently worked on our behalf to arrive at a price difference that allowed us to complete the deal. I would not hesitate to recommend Don to anyone who was interested in buying a car. I believe he is a valuable asset to the Ontario Motor Sales team and was a pleasure to work with. Bill Mills
