We’ve dealt with Trevor Edwards for over 4 years now. His communication and promptness has been extremely consistent. We’re on our second Escalade ESV now and have absolutely loved it for our family. The service and warranty package is amazing and by far worth the value. As a busy family we appreciate how convenient their service is and the perks that come with our purchase. Trevor is always there if we have any questions etc. Very personable, honest and trustworthy. OMS has other great members that we’ve gotten to know. I’ve used other dealerships in Durham and by far OMS stands way above the competition in the customer service department.

My daughter & I picked up a 2019 Dodge Ram today. The truck looked like new, the staff at OMS had done a terrific job of cleaning & shining. Many thanks to Greg Crump, he was very easy to deal with and the whole used car staff followed COVID precautions. This was our first experience with OMS and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. We travelled from Trenton and it was worth the drive.
