From the moment we met Tom, we felt comfortable with him, and he was very genuine , happy that we came into his dealership. We told Tom what our budget was, and what we were looking for, and there were 2 cars that were available for us to test drive. He came for a ride with us, when we had a question about one of the cars, and he answered it without hesitation. We bought a Nissan and Tom had us go over the car, and he fixed all issues, but one, which is on backorder. His staff are very friendly, Sabrina is a gem also. She did all the paperwork, answered any questions, was very professional , and made us feel comfortable. It was such a pleasure to meet Tom Mosey. We are bragging about the car to everyone . I just got my 3rd vehicle from Fusion Auto in Tilbury. The customer service is outstanding. Jeramy and Sabrina are always there if you need any help. I don't go to any other dealership because of the service.

Cant say enough about my experience with Fusion Auto. Was amazing. Jeramy was my guy and he was the best. Informative, knowledgeable and always got back to me immediately about any of my concerns. He gave me back my independence. Would highly recommend Fusion Auto.

My experience with Tom Mosey at Fusion Auto was rewarding. Enough product to choose from at a price that fit my budget. At delivery he took the time to go over the vehicles features and I drove away with a sense that I would return if I had any concerns without being judged. Definitely would recommend them.

Very pleased to be Sabrina's first customer as she is back in sales. I initially had gone in to look at another vehicle, but fell in love with the Buick when Sabrina suggested it. Thanks!!! Appreciated the very easy going, helpful, no pressure atmosphere. It can be somewhat intimidating searching for a vehicle, and I felt very comfortable dealing with a female salesperson. They were very understanding that I wanted to have my mechanic give the vehicle a once over, and even brought it over to him for completion. Had heard only good things about Fusion, and now I know why!
