Comstomer service was good. The sale's man didn't disclose the suspension issue. I bought a 2014 licoln mkz with 87000km now a year later and I need 4 struts 2 bearings and 8 swaybar links. Buy a car from these people at your leisure.

sorry that you've had issues arise after driving the car for a year. if you have purchased extended warranty, most of these repairs would be covered so I urge you to call Sabrina on Monday. I would like an opportunity to look at the car and make sure that someone is not trying to take advantage of you. I am not familiar with any car made that has 8 sway bars. We do have discounted rates and parts costs for our customers. please give us a call to see if we can help. 5196822229 FOLLOW UP - You actually purchased the vehicle over a year and a half ago. The salesman would have no idea what repairs will have to made to any vehicle 18 months down the line. We tried to contact you but you have not responded. Large repair bills are upsetting to everyone and I'm sorry that your Lincoln needs work. If I were you I would get a second opinion because, as I mentioned earlier, no vehicle has 8 sway bar links. I am assuming I will be in the market for a Used vehicle after an accident I recently had destroyed my Buick . I was researching compact SUV came across a Chevy Trax at Fusion Auto sales .I wanted more information .. I spoke with Tom and couldn't have been treated any better , Customer service was awesome . I was treated very well . , All my questions were answered to my satisfaction. I actually felt like one of the family . Hopefully when I am ready to buy it will still be there but I also will not hesitate to see what else they have in the event it is gone ,Given my experience I would highly recommend this car dealer
