I recently visited Collingwood Toyota, coming all the way from Kitchener and had the pleasure of working with Shane. From the very beginning, even before I came in, Shane was responsive and helpful — he answered all my questions over email and text in a timely and professional manner. When I arrived at the dealership, he continued to be just as professional, respectful, and informative. Although I didn’t end up purchasing a car, I truly appreciated the time he took with me and the very good trade-in value he offered. We had the absolute best experience at Collingwood Toyota! After months of contemplating a truck purchase and doing our research, we decided the Toyota Tundra was the right fit for us. From our very first conversation with Mark Giles, we knew we were in good hands. Mark was friendly, incredibly helpful, and so patient throughout the entire process. We also had the pleasure of meeting Jeff, their Sales Manager, who made sure we got the most on our trade in and checked in with us throughout the process. Brandy in the finance department was fantastic to work with as well. You can really tell this dealership runs like a well-oiled machine. The whole team made what could have been a stressful experience feel exciting and easy. Highly recommend Collingwood Toyota!
