Purchased new Toyota Tacoma Truck in 2022, Tim was an amazing salesperson, helpful and knowlegable ( I have purchased multiple cars from Tim). Purchased the extended warranty which includes service coverage. 75,000 check asked at the counter warranty and coverage and advised 160,000km was warranty time, asked for cost and none was quoted (all have been included with extended warranty to date). Recieved a call indicating brakes need to be done within 8,000. Asked them to hold off. While going through the very expensive oil change/ regular maintence check was advised the bill was just under 450.00 dollars. All items reviewed, one that stands out is the wipers checked ok, the drivers wiper is in need of replacement as it is split at the bottom...I just question all that was done within the hour they had my vehicle. Very disappointed, left feeling that my vehicle really was not checked over for everything I was billed for. Very disappointing since I have been a Collingwood Toyota customer since 2014. So if I am honest 5 stars for sales and zero stars for the service department.
