Chris Gervais was an absolutely delightful salesperson to work with! He was professional and thorough with my transaction from start to finish! I knew I wanted a fuel efficient sedan and his recommendation of the 2024 Kia Forte met all my needs! I even got my preferred colour and some upgrades I wasn’t expecting. On delivery day, he was absolutely excellent in showing me all the features of this brand new vehicle, plus assisted in getting me to the insurance broker to set that up. Chris’ customer service skills are top-notch and he is so knowledgeable about the Kia line-up. If you’re in the market for a new or used vehicle, do not hesitate and head down to Wheaton Kia today!!

Dealer would not remove or negotiate added fees.

Dealership added "Platinum Security Service" to the vehicle and insisted the $500 fee for it was non-negotiable and I had to pay it.. Dealership charged for a "Wheaton Kia Prairie Package". Sales staff were unclear as to what this $2,495 fee included and again insisted that it was non-negotiable. I feel that I was forced to pay nearly $3,000 more for things I didn't want.

I seen a 2024 Kia in the Houston Pizza parking lot and it had a very unique 'chemical stain' paint job that no one else can replicate. It’s like the car was parked under a leaky chemistry set. The paint looks like it’s been through a science experiment gone wrong. If you want a car with a paint job that’s a conversation starter for all the wrong reasons, go for a Kia! I know your names, I am a nail painter.💅

Buying my first car at Kia Wheaton was superb experience, largely thanks to Cassie. She provided exceptional service with her extensive knowledge and genuine interest in finding the best option for me, all without any pressure to add extra packages. Also, Susan was incredibly efficient and clear in explaining the financing options, making the process smooth and straightforward. I highly recommend Kia Wheaton, especially Cassie who made my car buying experience enjoyable and hassle-free.

Can't recommend Tyler P. from Wheaton enough. He was nothing other than helpful when I was in a tight spot and needed a vehicle. Straightforward without the gimmicks. He knows his stuff. Can't leave a review without a Tyler's Trade Tuesday shout out. His videos are half the reason I stopped in at Wheaton Kia! What a guy.

Sales manager, Brandon is terrible. I know multiple people that have purchased vehicles here, and all have had terrible experiences with him. The people at this dealership do not care about their customers, they only want your money. I've seen how they treat their customers, and they really need to work on their customer service skills.

Would not recommend at all, worst customer service I have ever dealt with.edit after Kia’s response; I took it to their own body shop it was confirmed chemical staining. And after looking into it further this should all be covered under Kia’s basic warranty that comes with all new vehicles you purchase them. So I’m not sure why it was such a fight for everything when its covered under warranty. Also not sure why they sold me a car that isn’t made for my lifestyle after knowing it and sasks road conditions. So if you want a car that they can’t even fix basic warranty issues this is it.. to make a long story short my brand new 2024 Seltos would dry matte and foggy. I took it to many paint specialists and they all agreed my car had some sort of chemical staining on it. and that my car would need to get a cut and polish to get the staining off. I took it to Kia and they washed my car and said that I cannot go through any type of car wash and that I will need to only wash my car with water and hand dry it every time. After that the staining was still there so finally Kia agreed to polish my car, this polish was done very poorly there is left over polish in every crack and crevice on my car.as well there is spots they didn't even polish at all. After this polish was done I took it back to a paint specialist and they also agreed it was poorly done, Kia will not give me any information of where they sent my car to get this polish done. They will not do anything to resolve this issue, and none of these problems should be happening as it is a brand new car. Brandon the sales manager is the one I was dealing with about this issue he was not at all wanting to help solve the problem and was very rude from the start of all of this. And as of today my car is still covered in polish and whatever they put on my car the dirt is sticking to even worse, Would not recommend any one to buy a car from here because of the service after purchasing and how they treat their customers.

Our recommendation remains the same: Our vehicles are indeed built to last. However, we believe that investing in protection products, especially for gravel roads, is the first step to not only prolonging your vehicle's visual longevity but also safeguarding your investment in Saskatchewan's harsh road environments and conditions. We also add that even though it's not a practice we partake in, it's in the interest of paint specialists to upsell you on products you might not need.
