Had a wonderful experience buying my new to me Escape. Gregg McSherry was so wonderful to work with. He is so patient, kind and ensured all my questions were answered and that I was getting into a vehicle that met my needs. Along with having some fun while we were at it. Had my car for 4 months did nothing. Wanted to charge crazy money. Went to another place , it was fixed in a week for a third the price

Buying the vehicle is usually the easy part, however service has been no help. They aren’t concerned about vehicle issues, nor are they concerned about customers experiences. I wouldn’t buy a Kia again, because of the service.

The product quality is awesome as well as service department. The only guy made me angry is a former sales person called Nito (an Indian guy). He is totally a liar and had no knowledge regarding the car.
