Went to kia Wheaton for a part recalls and along with the same I asked for an estimate for camera as I the previous owner got an after market camera and it’s not angled properly still kia billed me labour charge along with the Quote for camera mentioning it’s not suitable for fixing and it’s after market and advised to replace. …I went to reception thrice to know like can you share the quote … I knew its after market I just Need the quote.. I don’t know why I am paying labour charges for getting a quote for new camera.

While I love my vehicle, the service department here is absolutely atrocious. Even after following up, I never received updates on winter tire sensors that were back ordered when I purchased the vehicle (over 4 years ago), there have been defective parts from time of purchase they still haven’t resolved, and when it comes to actually needing something fixed, they either don’t get it done in the appointment time or delay it by months. I will not do anything voluntary here, only if I need to for my extended warranty. I would NOT purchase another vehicle here entirely because of the service department. Horrible waste of my time, energy, and apparently money.

The service at Kia is absolutely amazing. They are friendly, kind, and do a fantastic job. I’ll never take my car anywhere else in Regina now that I’ve been there.
