Met with Chris to explore options on an upgrade. After an easy conversation about what I want, we took the right car for a rest drive. It was what I was looking for, asked about, and he listened. Susan in finance sealed the deal, and I took delivery of my new car, without a single issue, and left very happy within the times I was promised! Service depart had told me that they will “look at my car early next week” for the past 3 weeks. I am going to have to retow my vehicle to another shop. Very poor service.
