I recently visited Nurse Chevrolet for their Express Oil Change service, and overall, they did a great job. The oil change itself was efficient, and I appreciated the thoroughness of the 20-point inspection and tire checks. My car even got a quick exterior wash, which was a nice touch. However, the interior vacuuming was not up to par. There were obvious chip crumbs in the cup holders by the driver’s seat that were missed, which was a bit disappointing. Still, the other aspects of the service were excellent, and I would return for future maintenance needs. — Amika Young

Had visited the showroom to buy a Cadillac car. Experience was horrible, sales person started off without a smile or introduction, didn’t even bother to take us to his computer/desk to discuss about the available Cadillac models. Then with a brief question he went to search the car… come 15 min there was no response. We headed out and decided never yo visit the showroom again. Looking at us stepping out of the showroom there was an elderly gentleman who wanted to upgrade his Chevy, he too left the place saying these guys are not giving good service. Such a bad experience and people complain why American cars don’t sell, guys first treat your customers with respect and passion to make the sale. If the Sales process was like this after sales - service I can imagine. The experience at other brands like Infiniti or Volkswagen is so much better, they treat the customers with so much respect. Made a decision to never return back to GM motors. Just to add, we had pre called the showroom to book an appointment, but the reception confirmed no appointment needed and we can walk in.

Service is great. I have had lots of problems with my infotainment system in my 2023 Silverado. Service manger Mitch has been very helpful and trying to get this problem resolved. I know it’s not a dealer problem but GM manufacturing problem. Hoping this last visit will fix my issues.
