Brought in my 20 year old corvette for a tire change, they end up losing a plastic lug nut cover. They try to blame me when I point it out. They say they will replace it. Weeks later I call them back and they say they are getting it. I call their parts guy and he tells me it’s a discontinued part and I’m on my own. No one else will return my calls. I ended up having to order a replacement at my own cost, it ended up costing me 250$ due to the fade of the old ones compared to the new ones and I had to replace all 20. They were discontinued in 2003 so they are hard to come by. Anyway, I wouldn’t trust these guys. They don’t care.

My Cadillac XT4 needed an app update to return it to factory settings. I dropped it off at 9:00 am and the update was complete by around 2:15 pm. Everything is working fine now, and they even washed my car! This is an awesome dealership. Thanks for your excellent service 👏 👍

I have dealt with many different dealerships over the years (personal and work related). Nurse Chevrolet by far is superior to all others. I have purchased 2 certified used vehicles from them. You can get a quick service appointment and I just love the quick lube lane.

Happy with the service but don’t understand these mechanical problems we had a Toyota for 30 years and never had a major pedal sensor problem or A broken wheel lock cost us over $1200 dollars in less then 1 year and only 75000 km on a vehicle. We have had 4 Toyotas in over 400,000 km and only brake jobs and oil changes needed.. your GM products need improvement. I am NOT happy about this.

I had such an amazing experience at this Chevrolet location. I needed a car fast and for a good price and Anastasia was SO helpful throughout the whole process and never made me feel uncomfortable about any decision. She gave me great options and made sure I had a great experience throughout buying my first car! I would 100% come back here and would recommend anyone I can to go see Anastasia!!
