Very very nice people, but that’s about it. I bought a used 2013 ram 1500 longhorn there had a hemi tick was told it was just the manifold and it doesn’t need to be fixed asap, it was not the manifold only used the truck for a month babying it now it’s clanking and needs a bunch of stuff replaced in the motor ( was told so far lifters and valves but it’s still being looked into)

They get me in on time for my appointments and they get the service done quickly and I can be back on my way. I live outside of the city so this makes it very convenient to go there to get service for my new Silverado. I’ve been very happy with the service.

Had an electrical problem with the new truck at 59k. Was assured by the service department that it wasn’t the battery and it was documented. Lo and behold at 60k the battery is faulty. The warranty runs out at 60K. New battery coming out of pocket. Never buying a Wheaton/ Chevy again. Services department is upset I didn’t add sales incompetence. UPDATE Was forced to get a battery somewhere else. Turns out no more electrical problems after install. Waiting for an answer back from GM CARES about the Wheaton scam artists. Update Turns out GM Cares doesn’t care, who would have guessed. Told them I’ll just get a Toyota. Their question was at a GM dealer? No at a Toyota Dealership. Multiple years of future lease payments gone. UPDATE Just got recently contacted by the service department about more recalls. Had to inform them that GM and Wheaton have banned me from using Wheaton. Weasels.

Keenan and I are extremely ecstatic with our new 2024 Chevrolet ZR2 AEV Bison Edition with 3L Duramax, Jacob Ehmann went above and beyond to find us this dream truck we were looking for. Jacob and his team were able to locate the truck and get it shipped from BC to Regina in a timely fashion. Jacob was very flexible and accommodating to our busy life schedules and was able to work with his team at Wheaton to add on our special features to make the truck even more perfect for us. Absolutely amazing experience! Rick Soloduk heard us and taken care of us from the moment we walked in to the building to the time we drove off in our new vehicle. Amazing people. First time ever where I enjoyed experience purchasing a vehicle. Thank you Rick!
