The purchase journey took a while for me and I checked several dealers. Stacey was the new rep with this dealer where we had our current car. From the start, Stacey was easy to talk to and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. She was never pushy and I like how she took her time to make follow ups. Unlike other dealers who made me feel they were rushing to make sales. I had several requests and concessions due to the unique nature of my situation and in each step of the way, Stacey and the finance managers Kent and Melo, made it incredibly easy to deal with them and they were accommodating with my needs. So now, I'm on my second vehicle with them and I see myself getting another vehicle with them down the line.
