The entire staff at Mark Motors Porsche went out of their way to address my concerns and make sure I was 100% satisfied. I will definitely be back for both my after-sales care and my future purchases.

I went in to purchase a car, went through all the steps, negotiating, financing, deposit, was informed I was going to get my car in 2 weeks as it was coming from toronto. Then I received an E-MAIL 1 WEEK later to be informed that the car I bought had already been sold to somebody else. It blows my mind that it took a whole week for them to find out the car was unavailable. They couldn't even call me to inform me. To make things worst, the day I went to get my deposit and registration, you would think they would try to redeem themselves..No! Tim gave me my deposit as if nothing had happened and wished me a nice day. To me this is very disrespectful and a waist of my time.

We are really sorry to hear about your most recent experience. We would have loved to have had the opportunity to sell you a Porsche. Unfortunately, we are experiencing product shortages due to plant shutdowns and supplier shortages over the pandemic. This means we have an increased reliance on working with other dealers in Canada to find cars for customers that have already landed. This sometimes does not happen as easily as we would like, sometimes we cannot get the car we wanted and sometimes we do not get confirmation from the other dealer as they need to field through their orders and customers. We feel bad and would like to help as this is truly an unfortunate situation. The GM of the store would be happy to work with you to custom order a Macan to your exact specifications, with a late 2020 delivery from the factory. I needed to get the convertible roof mechanisms replaced on my 2006 Boxster. Made an appointement online, confirmed a day later, brought the car in as scheduled, got the estimate as promised. Got the work done, had regular text updates from the service department. The complicated repair was executed perfectly and as scheduled. Thank you to Ahmad for his advice and communucations!
