An amazing dealership that strives to earn your trust and make you feel comfortable. I dealt with Kyle who was brilliant and very hard working. His knowledge made me feel confident with Empire Auto. I strongly recommend asking for Kyle when looking to find a good used vehicle. An extremely professional and shoot from the hip salesman and I am so grateful to him and his Team for building my trust and respect. Deepak and nick both went out of their way to make sure that I got the vehicle that I was seeking. They did everything in their power to satisfy my car needs and take care of me when I was at their beautiful show room. Keandre, we are sorry you feel that way. You should be changing your oil once every six months which is twice per year this is the reason why we give you four free oil changes which equals two years free. In regards to the chip and the breaks we would love to help address those situations if you could please call Hesham at 519-659-0888 as I have tried to get a hold of you as did your sales Rep Asmat where he stated we will fix any of the issue, but we have not received a reply yet. I will be more then happy to address the breaks as you are still in the 36 days or 1000km safety guarantee period which means if there is any issue we will fix it at our own expense. Thanks.

Buyer beware. I should have known better before I rushed into my purchase here. Do your research. I would not recommend buying a car here or servicing a vehicle here. And definitely do not buy the useless peoples choice warranty either. I have made formal complaints to BBB, MTO, and OMVIC due to their distasteful business practices and misrepresentation of the vehicle they sold me. It’s a shame because I was initially very satisfied until 2 days after my purchase and there were issues upon issues. They’ll claim they fixed the problems but they only made them worse. I took my vehicle to a third party mechanic who had to fix the damages they created trying to “fix” what I brought it in for in the first place. Awful experience that caused a lot of stress weeks before my babies arrival. Stop allowing these frauds to make you believe their fake positive reviews. Nothing, absolutely nothing, is positive about this dealership. They should be shut down for fraud!
