I purchased my truck here and In the previous times I've been, the staff have been friendly and service oriented. Most recently I brought my truck in for a recall. I took it home (5 minute drive) and when I went to drive it the next day, I noticed the steering wheel controls were not working. I took the vehicle back the following day and although the service rep was nice, the dealership would not accept responsibility, claiming that there is no way their maintenance (recall) could have caused the issue. I know that the controls were working the same day I took it to the dealership because I had to use my horn (which no longer works). Their best offer was to perform a diagnostic for ~$140. It is extremely coincidental that this failure occurred at the same time it was in for service (or maybe on my 5 minute drive home the next day), but odds are in favour of when the techs were manipulating things. Either way, I have lost my trust in this dealership's service department and will be taking my vehicle elsewhere.

I went in for an estimate and was greeted immediately the estimate was was done quickly and I have set up an appointment to take my vehicle in.

Took my truck in that I purchased at the dealership for an oil change and tire rotation. Seeing as my truck was in before this service they had done the breaks, ( truck has wheel locks on them ) got my truck back after the breaks were done and about month and a half later decided to rotate my tires as it's a 20 min job and dont feel like paying 80$ for it to be done. I noticed my wheel lock key was missing and called the dealership they said they would talk to the mechanic bringing us to the point of the story now my truck is going in for a service and I told them to have the key back in my truck so I dont have to pay them to do it ... go to pick up my truck they charged me for the rotation and an 80$ inspection they do most definitely did not do it because I let air out of my tires to see if they did the inspection pick up the truck ... no key like promised tires were not inspected ( they were rotated) and would strongly recommend you not bring you're truck here if they only do half the job you're paying them to do !
