Loved the initial sales service I received at Finch. Upon picking up my new truck I wasn’t pleased to be told to come back to simply have a burnt out light bulb changed, which is a 5 minute job. I was also not offered the promotional “90 days no payments” that they have been advertising, and when I asked I was told it was too late and the promo was over that day. I also inquired about floor mats and was told I needed to speak to someone else who wasn’t even there. Great vehicles but could use some improvements with customer service.

Brake service and oil change. John was very accommodating and polite. Was able to get be a better price for the services I had done. The work was done quickly and all members of the service department we very kind and helpful.

Justin Thorburn was excellent throughout the process of buying my new Wrangler. I was unsure about what I wanted and he assisted me with decision making without making me feel pressured. It was the first time I bought a vehicle without knowing the sales person ahead of time. It was a great experience and I highly recommend Justin and the entire team at Finch!

I have always found them to be consistently professional, courteous, knowledgeable, & accommodating to my rigorous work schedule. Repairs & maintenance have always been completed in a timely fashion. Their over the top commitment to high quality customer service & satisfaction is very much appreciated! There are many people in the Service Department that I have had the pleasure of dealing with over many years. I would like to specifically recognize John Reid, & Clifford Sweeting. Their commitment to excellence helps to keep us on track & on time when taking care our clients! I would highly recommend Finch Chrysler for all your automotive needs!
