2019 was a rough time for me. Between job relocation and family. Justin made everything so much easier for me. personable, professional, he endured I was taken care of and got a vehicle that I loved. Everything was thoroughly explained and made simple. if you're looking for a great vehicle and quality service, this is the place to go.

Justin is amazing and have been recommending my coworkers and friends to him any chance I get. I had a unique situation when I was car shopping and he made the “impossible” possible! Would recommend him to anyone :)

Service was ok, but i didn't end up purchasing from them due to lack of selection and no effort to get what i wanted. My needs were met at oxford with a laramie 2500 cummins just a bigger selection of hd trucks

Loved the initial sales service I received at Finch. Upon picking up my new truck I wasn’t pleased to be told to come back to simply have a burnt out light bulb changed, which is a 5 minute job. I was also not offered the promotional “90 days no payments” that they have been advertising, and when I asked I was told it was too late and the promo was over that day. I also inquired about floor mats and was told I needed to speak to someone else who wasn’t even there. Great vehicles but could use some improvements with customer service.
